1. Order Processing & Shipping Cost

Every order is carefully reviewed, packed, and prepared before shipment.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

During holidays, promotional events, or high-order periods, processing may require additional time.

🚚 Shipping Fee

We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 USD on all orders.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and apply regardless of order size or destination.

Please note that delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed shipping deadlines.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Important Tracking Notes:

  • Tracking updates may require 1–3 business days to appear after shipment confirmation
  • Carrier scans can occasionally be delayed while the package is in transit
  • Multiple-item orders may arrive in separate shipments depending on warehouse availability

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international deliveries, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your local regulations.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Local taxes or clearance fees required by their country

ECLATJOYE™ is not responsible for customs-related shipping delays once the package has entered the destination country.


5. Order Changes & Cancellation Requests

Because our fulfillment team begins preparing orders quickly, modification requests must be submitted promptly.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, changes may no longer be possible.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to assist with delivery-related issues.

📦 Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Our support team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution when eligible.

🚚 Lost Shipments

If the shipping carrier confirms that your package has been lost during transit, we will assist by arranging a replacement order whenever applicable.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details during checkout.

ECLATJOYE™ is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete shipping information
  • Packages returned by carriers because of address issues

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.
