We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 USD on all orders.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and apply regardless of order size or destination.

- Carrier scans can occasionally be delayed while the package is in transit
- Multiple-item orders may arrive in separate shipments depending on warehouse availability

ECLATJOYE™ is not responsible for customs-related shipping delays once the package has entered the destination country.
5. Order Changes & Cancellation Requests
Because our fulfillment team begins preparing orders quickly, modification requests must be submitted promptly.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, changes may no longer be possible.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Failed deliveries due to incomplete shipping information
- Packages returned by carriers because of address issues
